I had my cat neutered. Not only did they take amazing care of my boy. They clipped his nails and cleaned his ears. I would highly highly recommend this animal hospital. The service and the care is exceptional. Thank you so much. Ozzy is a happy kitty.
We moved to Dixon 4 years ago. We found Polo Animal Hospital. The staff is amazing and very caring and compassionate. This feels like home for my family and our furbabies! Those who have crossed over and those still with us!
My sister got into major accident and the police brought her corgie Mr. Bean to this animal hospital. They were so helpful in for his care and were able to care for Mr. Bean til I could fly in from AZ to take care of my sister and pick him up on a weekend. When they were closed. I am so grateful for their kindness, helpfulness and the staff generosity.
The first time we ever visited the Polo Animal Hospital. Our Tea Cup Chihuahuas first vet appointment. Very professional and compassionate veterinarian and staff. We will be using them for all of our veterinarian needs. Thank you for your great service. Totally worth the drive from Rock Falls.
Very friendly people, very pleasant experience. We were very happy with the care our dog received. It was apparent that these people care deeply about animals.
