Polkadog Bakery

Absolutely loved this place! The staff is friendly and nice. They guided us through our first purchase at store. We got cake to celebrate our pup’s bday and it was all worth! Cake is okayish- not like Jim’s cake but more like hard cake.

Their products are great. The one star is solely based off customer service. Greeting the customer is the bare minimum. It is extremely insulting to walk into a store where you plan to purchase items and not be greeted. It is a slap in the face when two other customers walk in directly after you and receive a “hello, welcome in” “hello, how are you”. I should have walked out and not purchased anything however, my dog has been out of treats and I was in the area. I will wait until I’m in the city to visit this store. I’ve never had this issue in Boston.

It was my corgi Leia's birthday, and they were so nice to her. she got a whole bunch of birthday pets for her special day

5 stars for Polkadog!! It's been about a year since visiting Polkadog, after being frequent customers and moving away. We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!

Been shopping here for years and I've always had such amazing customer service from the staff. My guy loves getting all the love and snacks from his favorite people 🥰
