Polished Pets

Polished Pets was so patient with our bengal. He is a rescue so he was very scared at first. We had a bath, ears cleaned and nails clipped. Very reasonably priced. We have been back 3 times now.

I have been taking my dogs there for over 8 years now the previous owner before this owner she worked for the previous owner and they both were good she takes care of the pets very well my dog loves going there and feels comfortable I feel very comfortable and secure with leaving my dog she even does cats the current owner Lisa is very nice

I called multiple places to bring my cat, and everywhere was booked or didn't answer. I was getting a little frustrated because my cat was getting hair balls and cat hair was everywhere. I googled sites nearby I got in touch with the owner of the Polish pets. She is Very friendly and down to earth, she was able to get my cat in and was so informative and helpful and since I left her shop, my home is free of fur and my cat is no longer choking on cat hair. I will definitely be back. I also got my cat groomed and cut The price was $80 I added before and after pictures!

Okay so my pup has been coming here for about 7 months. I love they way they groom him just the way I like! He always looks and smells so good when I pick him up. They’re so professional, calm & fast. They handle Bentley with so much care and this is the only place he’ll go for his grooming!

Extremely rude and dismissive establishment. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Polished Pets due to me previously hearing good things, which they did little to make up for. One of the employees picked up the phone and became rather annoyed by my inquiries on what to expect and whether or not they had any availability. Judging by the irritation in her voice, I assumed that she was busy and told her that I would just call back later at a time when it worked out better for her. After giving it another two hours, I called back a few more times, only to continually be forwarded to voice mail. When another woman, whom I am assuming is the owner, finally answered she was extremely snappy, condescending, and rude towards me when I asked her questions about availability and answered her
