Polaris Pet Salon

They did an excellent job with my cat on his first hair cut! Our older cat has been here as well and they did a great job with him too! I'd definitely recommend this pet salon. I called and they actually got me in on the same day! It was obvious they really care about pets watching them work with the other animals I saw there. They had excellent service!

They cut my dog's skin in at least 5 places: elbow, ear, leg, etc. When I called to ask about it, I was told the owner would call me as soon as she was back in the building. That was nearly two weeks ago.

I have used Shannon with Polaris Pet Salon for almost 13 years now. Shannon and her staff are always friendly, helpful and do a wonderful job. My oldest dog can be quite a handful for most people but he loves Shannon and even gets excited to go see her. Her experience speaks volumes, I can't recommend Polaris Pet Salon enough!

If i could give negative stars, i really would. The work the lady did on our mini poodle was absolutely atrocious. We think she first put him on a sleeping pill which would explain why it took 9 hours to work on him, and also nicked his skin at multiple places, leaving him bleeding. When we brought our boy home, he walked around a little, opening up his wounds again, causing him to bleed everywhere. The groomer did not listen to our request for his hair length, making our dog nearly unrecognizable. We called to ask if there was anything we can do to stop the bleeding and they were helpful with their tips, but we’re very condescending when we asked about the length of his hair. They claimed that they were the experts and they know what we actually mean when we say we want a certain length o

Shannon the owner is wonderful with my dog Dakota! She's so kind and sweet with her. Very happy to have her and she does a wonderful job at grooming my dog:-)
