I m so happy to have Alix groom my Lanie. Ever since she was fixed as a young dog, she has had an extreme fear of being touched on certain parts of her body. Alex has taken the time and has had the patience to earn Lanie s trust. It has taken time, but the results are amazing. Lanie is happy to go, wagging her tail when she realizes where we're at. She greets Alix like a long lost friend. Alix does a wonderful job brushing her out and making her feel safe. Thank you so much Alix. We will be back after your baby comes and you open again.
Alix does a great job grooming but most importantly, she is patient and kind to her clients. My furbabies love her.
