Professional, knowledgeable and kind. We have 5 fur babies and was happy to find that they have staff who specialize in behavioral concerns, diabetic needs and our lab results were delivered quickly. They also accommodate if you need supplies in a pinch and service costs are reasonable.

They offer excellent, compassionate and professional care. Dr. Megan is impressive, very knowledgeable and caring. I feel reassured that my beloved girl is in good hands. Staff members were wonderful, kind and supportive. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Denise is a very kind, and compassionate Veterinarian Dr. She explained to me what is happening with my cat so I could understand well, and with out making me feel we were just another patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Point vet went from 5 to 1 stars from 2017 until now. My dogs became a number instead of a unique animal. The vet clinic went from patient centered to money centered. Get more pets in to make more money to the detriment of my dogs. They were not at all flexible in getting pet in for DAYS so I was forced to go to Paws in Kronenwetter resulting in extremely long waits with the animal separated from owner and a twice the price of a normal vet. My ultimate decision to leave was when the vet gave my little dog an antibiotic that resulted in him having trouble breathing and my extreme concern about this medicine and when I finally got a hold of the vet they didn’t even want to see him; they said to increase the dose of said antibiotic. I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my dog and I received from the Point Area Veterinary Clinic. When my dog urgently needed surgery to remove bladder stones, I was overwhelmed by the $5,000 estimate from the emergency vet. Thankfully, my regular clinic stepped in and scheduled the surgery just two days later—saving me a significant amount of money. The staff were kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. They treated my dog with such compassion and professionalism. Thanks to their excellent care, he’s now recovering well. I truly appreciate everything they did for us.
