I established care here for my Golden Retriever Perry out of speaking with a couple different vet practices and happy I did!! This time was a quick visit here with my pup Perry to check his poop sample and Bordatella vaccine. PJ the vet tech took the extra step to ensure I wasn’t improperly charged as this was not a Dr visit. I appreciate that!! Christine called with the results and emailed me!! Rest assure your pets are in good caring hands here! Very happy we found a great vet practice!!

We had a truly amazing experience with this team and the one at Kissimmee animal hospital. Our cat went through a horrible experience of getting cancer which eventually led to his leg being amputated. Dr. Volpe, Dr. Jill and Dr. Tappy have been just amazing through this entire process. Answering every call, getting us in last minute when he was having complications, being support to us. We are new to the area and have nothing but great experiences with this team. Highly recommend taking your cats here

I have been going to this place for over 4 years. Today I called asking if they had an oxygen machine for a puppy that was having a hard time breathing. All I wanted was them to put her on oxygen. The lady that answered could hear the puppy gasping but continued to ask me off the wall questions about how do I know the dog needs oxygen then places me on hold to grab another lady who gets on the phone with no sense of urgency, with a nasty attitude just to tell me they don’t have an oxygen chamber and there is no one here that can sit with an oxygen mask on your dog! I will never go back to this place. I already felt like they were racist but this took the cake. Thank God for Petco, they rushed me in and placed my puppy on oxygen with no hesitation. We’ve been taking our dogs Brody and Ronnie to Poinciana Pet Clinic and have had a very positive experience. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the veterinarians take time to explain care and answer our questions. Brody and Ronnie seem calm and well-cared-for during their visits, and we appreciate the compassionate, attentive care they receive. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about your pets’ health.

Just moved here and chose this place to take care of my baby. I went to 3 other places before I chose this as the best!! They really care about your pets, wait times aren't bad, and I also so appreciate that they are reasonably priced. I saw another review about somebody saying they tell everybody your dog has allergies, truth is in Florida most dogs have allergies, they have helped me with a more natural way to take care of him with the allergies, so I don't know what she was talking about making you come back once a month for things that will make your pet worse. Anyway, Thank you for taking care of Ringo 🐕💜
