John was patient and kind with my little buddy. Buddy is very difficult when it comes to nails. John would stop and tell him, calm down, it's OK in a gentle tone. Personally I can not clip or groom this 15 lb dog because for me he is totally uncooperative. He sat still for grooming, I was shocked. I have taken him other places and they could not handle him. John has been grooming my dogs years . The best in the area and very patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
