Pocket Puppies

We purchased a puppy from Pocket Puppies at the end of December 2025. Within 48 hours of bringing her home, she began wheezing in the middle of the night and was struggling to breathe. It was terrifying. We contacted Pocket Puppies as instructed in their binder, and they told us we needed to take her to their designated vet, which is over an hour and 20 minutes from our home. Because she sounded like she was in respiratory distress, we were not comfortable driving that far and instead rushed her to our local veterinarian (five minutes away). She was diagnosed with kennel cough and had to start antibiotics within the first 72 hours of us having her. During that same visit, a fecal test revealed she also had a contagious infection. Pocket Puppies is an adorable, clean store with healthy, happy pups and friendly staff! 🐶 It would be great if they offered exchanges for puppy clothes I bought a medium that didn’t fit and was too small, so now it’s no use.

Puppies are wonderful here and very great taken care of! Customer service was Amazing! . Our puppy we bought is wonderful and sweet and they take good care of them here. I recommend them to anyone. The wonderful lady that helped us was Jessica. I recommend her highly!!

This place was disgusting. The second we walked in, the smell was an extremely strong odor. There was poop and old food scattered all around, and it just felt dirty and uncared for. It didn’t feel like a place where animals were being properly looked after. What made it worse was the employees. They were standing in the corner on their phones, not really paying attention to anything going on. When they picked up the puppies, they weren’t being careful especially with the small 2 month old puppy weighing nearly a feather. The employees were holding them with one hand like they were just objects, not tiny animals that need support. The couches were disgusting. Covered in fur, stained by poop, torn up, and we were told to sit on them. It felt unsanitary and unsafe for the puppies, especially
