I went for the first time back in March. They charged me $20 for my dogs grooming services. Despite the groomer cutting my puppies ears and cutting her nails wrong causing my puppy to develop black nails. One is healed but the other remains black. I decided to give them a second chance. Called the phone number to confirm they still had the same price and the lady said. “yes still $25”. I arrive and the groomer said it was $60 when 15 minutes prior, the lady on the phone lied to me and said she never told me it was $25 when my boyfriend was with me and heard her confirm it was $25. These people are horrible for lying. False advertisement and hurts the puppies. Everyone has their own experience.
