I love PLUSH so much, my mini schnauzer always looks and smells so good after her grooming appointments! She is a more confident pup after spending time socializing with the other dogs. It’s well worth being a member knowing how much Macey is cared for at Plush and wouldn’t take her anywhere else!!

I recently decided to take my dog to Plush after visiting several salons that suggested my dog would need to be sedated for grooming. They claimed he couldn't be helped without medication, which left me feeling hopeless. Refusing to put my dog on a sedative, I walked into Plush unannounced to learn more about their services. To my delight, Sarah took the time to sit down and talk with me personally. After our conversation, I decided to apply for membership that very day. Since then, I’ve had several visits, and I’m thrilled to report that, thanks to their expertise in dog psychology and the time and effort they invest, my dog can now be groomed without any issues. I have been going to Plush since they opened. I have posted a review before; however, felt the need to again due to a recent interaction with my dog Jango and Romel. Jango is almost blind. He had been sick with pneumonia and unable to be groomed for two months. When we returned and Romel came out to get him, he got down to greet Jango. Jango does what our family calls snuggle time when he burrows his head into you. He has never done this with anyone outside of our 4 family members. He did snuggle time with Romel when he saw him. Romel may not understand why that was so moving for our family. The Plush family is part of Jango’s family and we are so grateful for the care and love they have shown our pup.

I have known Sarah for about 2 years now and I knew from the day I met her that once I finally had a puppy, I wouldn't take it anywhere else but to her! Sarah is so passionate about her craft, you can see it in her eyes and how fiery they get when she talks about her business! She has such a big heart for these animals and as a business owner myself, she is always inspiring me. She goes above & beyond for those pups, only providing the best quality. I finally took my 5 month old pup Suki to her for the first time today and I was probably more excited than Suki was lol! She let her sniff around and get acclimated since it was her first time. Sarah and Ramiel are awesome! They are very professional and welcoming. The place is always clean and smells great. I’ve been bringing my dog Paco to Plush by Sarah for over a year and I always had good experiences and pleased with the service. Sarah does a great job on Paco’s nails.
