Plantation Animal Hospital of Tampa

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary hospital. Both of our visits were truly exceptional. My dog needed dental surgery along with biopsies, and Dr. Emily Yan made the whole experience so much less stressful. She explained everything clearly, took her time with us, and treated my dog with so much kindness and patience. When we returned for stitch removal, the care was just as wonderful. The entire team was attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring. You can really tell they love what they do and take pride in giving every pet the best care possible. I’m so grateful for Dr. Emily Yan and the staff here. If you’re looking for a veterinary team you can trust with your pet’s health and comfort, I highly recommend this place!

Plantation Animal Hospital was wonderful. My cat Judah received a thorough examination by Dr. Aviane Aguillard, and I had total confidence in her knowledge and skill. She gave me an comprehensive estimate for the required medical needs and surgery. I would highly recommend PAH.

The veterinarian was fine, but the front desk experience at Plantation Animal Hospital was extremely disappointing. My mom brought her dog in and went home with three separate prescriptions. She asked for a separate receipt for his thyroid medication so she could submit it to Chewy for a refund (she only purchased it there because it was a new prescription and needed immediately). The front desk staff refused, saying the receipt had already been printed and that she should have asked beforehand. This doesn’t seem like a complex request and I’m very surprised they weren’t helpful. My mom, who is in her late 60s, also asked for the medication directions to be printed or written out (like other vets usually do), The response was “no” because instructions were on the bottles. My little fur baby, Dexter has had a cough for approximately 6 months, the medication that he was on was not helping, Dr. Emily Yan did X-rays listened to what I told her, did X-rays, did a fantastic examination, found out what was going on with him. I highly recommend Dr. Yan and Mariah they were awesome.
