Great people. Doctor came out in flip flops I freaking love it. My dog was given a surgery date for a supposed cancerous spot by another facility and when I went to planned pethood they told me let’s just see? Let’s see how he heals on his own…. Less than week later the spot was healed and my baby was back to normal. Thanks guys you rock non stop

We brought our boy here with hopes that he could be saved. Unfortunately and unexpectedly he left us on this day. This was such a punch to the gut and an unbearable pain. What I can say about the staff here is they were all so sympathetic. The vet was amazing and truly one of a kind. Thank you sir for sitting with us grieving with us and taking your time. We are lost without our boy. I dont know how it would have went if we took him somewhere else. Even to his last breath our dog was given the respect he deserved. From the moment I contacted Melody from Planned Pethood International to the completion of My Luna’s appointment, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. We had previously received a concerning diagnoses from another vet, which left us worried. However, once we arrived at the clinic and spoke with the team, they immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that it wasn’t what we feared. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ultimately determined it was only minor inflammation and constipation. I have absolutely no complaints with the treatment my dog received. I do however, have significant concerns with the front office staff. If your expectations are based off of the television show, loose those thoughts, the kind, caring attitude of staff is absolutely nothing like that. They were rude, messed up on the appointment time with no apologies, and would not return phone calls. Their answering machine states they check messages once an hour and will return calls. We left EIGHT messages in a two day period with no response. When I finally got through I was faced with rudeness, and told they were way too busy to talk. I was told I signed a consent that stated this. I lack of caring and compassion floored me. The doctor did call and was nice, polite and professional. Don’t expect the

Absolutely great vet care.. Dr.JEFF Examplifies care, compassion for pets and owners. They diagnose problem and provide solutions. Colorado has a National treasure.. him and great team of staff go beyond norm of vet practices. God BLESS your team for caring for the pets of Colorado.
