They were excellent made my Cheyenne who Is american Pocket bully felt at ease. She was not handling the cone of shame so we did the body suit aka body work out . They are so friendly with all animals. They really care. Thank you so much. I would recommend them for spayed and neutering. plus any other needs.

The staff here is wonderful. Caring, educated, through, and understanding. They put up with my delayed thought process and answer any and all questions I have along the way. They never seemed bother. (TBH I annoy myself with how many after thought questions I have) Highly recommended. The veterinary is quick yet through and very good at diagnosis and treatments without unnecessary tests.

Took both of my 9 month old cats in there to be neutered. They were well taken care of, smooth procedure and after care instructions clear. Got their shots & microchip at same time. Thank you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Planned Pethood and the incredible team there. From start to finish, the love, compassion, and professionalism shown to my tiny 3½-pound Tinkerbell were truly exceptional. Dr. Heard performed both an eye enucleation and a spay, and I was so impressed by the skill, care, and gentleness shown throughout the entire process. Knowing how delicate my little girl is, it meant everything to feel complete trust and confidence in her medical care. A very special thank-you to Tabitha and Heather, who went above and beyond with their kindness, reassurance, and genuine love for animals. They made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and it was clear that Tinkerbell was treated as if she were their own. Everyone we encountered was absolutely fabulous.

Update: spoke with Rachel regarding X-ray findings and my review. She explained that the review was used to coach new staff and that they operate differently because they’re a low cost clinic. Also confirmed I was not charged for sedation. Although my preference in vet care differs, I appreciate the follow up conversation and have adjusted my rating because of it.
