Planet Dog Luxury Spa

Loved this place and went there loyally since moving to Palm Bay 3 years ago. Disappointing lack of accountability shown by owner and groomer leads me to writing a poor review and acquiring a new groomer. Since my schnauzer has been with their newer and only specialty cut groomer, I've observed cuts on his body several times. While I understand mistakes happen, I also understand that honesty and transparency are important when someone makes a mistake. I'm not the type to call and complain or keep records of every little mistake or cut they made. As most weren't serious I let it be until the third time when he had obvious razor cuts across his belly and in his arm pit. I called to inform them and was told they were apologetic and would even receive a discount on my next visit. That was this

If I can give a ZERO star I would! To the owner of Planet Dog, I give you “1” tip: ACCOUNTABILITY! That’s it…one word…Accountability!! We took our dog to your shop and it was as if the body was cut but not the legs. His private area was not groomed, which always is. His tail NEVER gets touched and it’s in your notes! You asked us to take him back because you wanted to fix it. We do…just to pick him up and see him look absolutely ridiculous! Your groomer cut his legs so skinny and left his ankles huge! She shaved his backside and it’s totally uneven and cut his tail! I would have respect for you, and your groomer if you took accountability and also apologized for your error! The fact that you make excuses and also have the audacity to say the tail was not touched is appalling! I will be sur

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the ladies are at Planet Luxury Spa. Both of my dogs love going here. The ladies are so friendly with my fur babies, that they look forward for their spa day. It is a small price to pay to have your sweet angels pampered. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

We have been bringing our dog there for about a year and recently added another dog to our family. Her 2nd time going they cut her around her private area without a guard on the razor and she had the worst razor burn. I had to put cool compresses on her for almost a week. I am not one to complain but did call to let the owner know and she apologized and offered a discount on the next grooming. We have not gone back and will not recommend this groomer to anyone!

Exceptional customer service with a warm touch! They transformed my Daisy, and now I can fully appreciate my gorgeous puppy's trimmed coat. The job was excellently done, and the pricing is very reasonable. Taking their time, they patiently explained the grooming process, which was especially helpful for a first-timer like me and my puppy. The overall experience was fantastic. Cathy and her daughter-in-law, despite the name slip, exude positivity and enthusiasm. Their service is truly out of this world, maintaining a stellar theme. A big thank you to the new employee for the impeccable care of Daisy's cut. Looking forward eagerly to the next visit! 😊
