They took such good care of my 10.5 yr old German shepherd. He had dental done there, 1 tooth removed and his teeth cleaned. They were extremely compassionate as I was nervous about him going under anesthesia. Fast, efficient and very friendly! Thank you Plainview vet- Oakleys is a happy boy again!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible care provided by the team at Plainview Vet, especially Betsy. Last Friday, I discovered that my dog, Pandora, had ingested rat poison. In a moment of panic, I called the office and spoke with Betsy, who offered calm and expert guidance that truly saved my dog’s life. Betsy went above and beyond by staying on the phone with me after hours and advocating for us with a local vet to ensure I had everything needed to act quickly. Her support not only calmed me but also enabled me to take the necessary steps to help Pandora. Thanks to Betsy’s quick thinking and compassion, Pandora is safe and healthy today. Incredible veterinary clinic for my dogs. I've never had anything but a great experience with them. Very transparent and reasonable on pricing, with actual cost often times coming in lower than the initial estimate. My dogs and I are lucky to have found them, and that they're only a short, beautiful drive from Rochester.
