PinkDog Pet Resort

We brought in our dog a husky and terrier mix to get a clean up. He gets really fluffy around his neck, and his eyebrows start to cover his eyes. We asked them to shorten his neck fluff and fade it into his body. We didn't even ask them to touch the rest of his body. And instead they just buzzed it all down instead. He doesn't even look like the same dog. The two pictures of him in a chair are after we got him back and the other one is what we gave them as an example of what we wanted. We literally showed them the picture.

They were wonderful with our super reactive rescue for a bath/grooming. The groomer was even able to cut his nails (a task I was convinced was impossible)! He came back happy and squeaky clean. Thank you, PinkDog! :)

We have been customers of Pink Dog for a little over a year. From the moment we walked into Pink Dog we were in love. The staff was warm and welcoming! Our dogs are always happy and in good spirits when we board them or use daycare. Our 1yr old especially is tired out from his day playing with his friends . Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies ❤️

To me, PinkDog stands out with the warmth and friendliness of the staff and owner, and they show a true interest in the well being of my dogs. They welcome unusual requests such as occasional brushing during boarding stays even though that wasn’t on their grooming menu. There’s always at least a couple staff on hand at drop off and pick up, so it’s easy to hand off the dogs with one person and discuss plans or details with the other one. My dogs are comfortable there and look forward to their stays, and during pick up I can see the bond staff have formed with my dogs which lets me know they really care. I’ve tried several kennels over the years and Pink Dog is my favorite and regular place to go nowadays.

Excellent for dog grooming at Cambridge location. Best place in the 10 years that I have had my dog groomed. The Harvard PinkDog cuts my cats nails. They do a great job and the staff are wonderful.
