Oh my goodness! I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic more! My poor dog got hurt and they got us in on the same day and provided him with such great care! We ended up needing surgery and the team gave caring updates and respected my decisions! Dr. Shekarchian And Michelle are outstanding!!! I will be continuing my dog’s care at the Pinery Veterinary Center! Thank you so much! **Update** This staff continues to amaze us with their kindness and compassion! Highly recommend the team at Pinery Vet. They were amazing when I needed to bring my dog in for an urgent mouth issue. They were efficient and took great care of her. They made sure I understood what they were going to do to care for her and made sure I was comfortable with the instructions for her at home care. Thanks so much for taking such great care of us!
Took my pup Dixie there after she cut her paw. They were able to see her right away even at the end of the day. The office and Dr S were so friendly and took great care of Dixie. The followed up with a phone call to check on her. Going to be our vet moving forward. The building and inside is also very nice!!
I brought my German Shepherd/ Siberian Husky mix in today. No appointment and they were able to fit him in 2 hours!!! I explain that my dog has been suffering from a chronic incurable disease for the last 5 years. My old primary care vet cancelled my dog's appointment and told me to take him to an Emergency vet. This Vet didn't try to upsell me with a plethora of unnecessary lab tests. He just went directly and immediately examine and treating the dog. Then he filled my dog's prescription at a super super reasonable price. I'm so happy, I'm bringing my cat in tomorrow.
Such a kind office! My dog wasn’t a patient there but was ill for 2 days . When I called at 4:30 pm, they said “ bring him in right now”. Our current vet had a 6 day wait 🙄
