I love Dr. Lorraine Karpinski, she’s the best and says it how it is. My dog is very difficult, “atrocious” as per Dr. Karpinski “ 🤣 .. but the Dr and team are ready to handle bad lil’ Ghost and their treatment has made all the difference in our pup’s eye health. It’s a long commute for us but I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

We’ve been going to Pinecrest Vet and Dr. Ortega since shortly after we moved here a few years ago. Dr. Ortega and the team are the most compassionate, animal-loving and ethical veterinary team I’ve come across in all my years of having animals. Our dog Poppy recently passed due to heart failure. In the weeks, months and years prior to her death and in her decline, Dr. Ortega was patient with my questions and helped guide me in compassionate care. In Poppy’s last weeks, she answered my calls and emails at all times of the day and spent countless hours with me helping me to figure out the best time to let Poppy go, clearing her schedule and never making me feel rushed. The staff is amazingly cordial, efficient and genuinely nice people. Dr. Karpinski is not only one of the best Vets I know, her intuition coupled with her extensive knowledge of veterinary ophthalmic medicine, and the psychological finess with which she handles discussing delicate cases is simply outstanding. ♥️ Amazing people; I wish I lived a little closer. It is far for me, but absolutely worth the trip. I would not trust any other Vet with my pet's or fosters' eyes.

Dr Robbins is superb. She’s takes care of our Zoe with great understanding and compassion and always goes the extra mile. She is also a very intuitive vet, who thinks outside the box and doesn’t run unnecessary tests. Our Zoe is very medically compromised and Dr Robbins has helprd us manage her complex issues brilliantly. We’re so grateful.

Our vet is Ana Cruz-Diaz, she is very thorough in her explanations. She doesn’t rush you, takes her time with you. She is very knowledgeable. She was a great help giving me suggestions regarding my dog’s food, because she wasn’t eating. It was a great help. Thank you! Also I want to mention, her assistant is very loving with my dog. So beautiful to see.
