Dr. R and the staff are so kind and compassionate. Mo and Johnny are amazing and always remember me and my pets. Toni and Keri always friendly running the front desk. Christin grooms my dog who is trouble about his nails but she figured it out and we have no issues anymore. Love all the staff and trust all my pets care with them.

I brought my new adoption (Sophia, Pitbull Terrier) in for our first check up and we were right at home. This is only the second time I've been here, the first time was July 10th when almost every animal clinic in Palm Coast would not see me and Ruby after she went down unexpectedly. Her regular clinic (Community animal clinic) turned us away but after trying to find help Pine Lakes was willing and waiting for us with a gurney and tried desperately to help Ruby, it was to late. Pine Lakes Animal Clinic is TOP NOTCH and THEY CARE!!! Thank you then and thank you now, Sophia loves you and so do I we'll be back.

Our appreciation and gratitude to Tia and Dr. Rosiek We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cats, Mimi and LG, after sixteen beautiful years together. It was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of our lives, and in the middle of all that pain, Tia—the vet tech—was a true light. Tia showed us compassion in its purest form. She spoke to us gently, reassured us when we were overwhelmed, and treated Mimi and LG with a tenderness that felt like she had known them as long as we had. She kept us informed every step of the way, never rushing us, never making us feel alone in the moment. Her empathy and presence brought comfort we didn’t even know we needed. I just need to say how satisfied I was with the service I got for my puppy, Maple. Everyone was so nice and very helpful! Dr. Birth, was our Vet and she was so nice and gentle. And my pup is very shy with new people. They also helped me with a plan that I could afford and explained everything to me thoroughly.

I have been coming to this vet for about 4-5 years now and I’ve had no issues until now. I took my dog to the vet for her yearly check up and the past two years on two separate occasions I told the vet that there are bumps all over her and knowing that golden retrievers are predisposed to cancer (which the vets know as well) I was concerned. The first vet felt them and said that they were fatty tumors (cysts). They didn’t do any bloodwork or X-rays to check. Next year I followed up again but this time I found a bigger bump under her. I mentioned it to the vet. The vet did not check it out or do any x-rays or bloodwork. Now because of their negligence my dog is dead due to cancer that I never knew about. Now I have to suffer with the consequences of losing my dog due to their malpractice. I
