They basically told me, there was nothing more they could do for my cat. My gut instinct told me that there was more they could of did. They were supposed to do blood work on my cat but instead, they put him down against my better judgement. I believe he had a blockage stopping him from peeing, that could of been looked after and if treated properly, I know that my loyal companion would still be alive and here with me, today! RIP PAWS 🐾
Great place for our kitties! Friendly staff, affordable and convenient.
Today was one of the saddest days of my life. Pine Haven was so kind to myself and my sweet Bella. I will forever be grateful to them!
The receptionist was very uncaring and uncompassionate when I called for my senior dog whom I suspected had had a stroke. She refused to give me an appointment sooner than 2 weeks.
Friendly, thorough.... such a divergent experience.... so glad I switched Veterinary services
