What can't I say about Dr. Reihl and the team at Pine Creek Animal Hospital? Phenomenal all around... they make us feel welcomed and cared for in ways no other vet has! Dr. Reihl definitely knows her stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. Working with parrots and other birds can be especially difficult, but they make it look easy. They are compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. They have seen my amazon, Buzz (who is a handful on a "good" day), and my elderly chicken, Janet. Both received 100% of their best attention and work. 10/10, they are highly recommended.

I have been bringing my pets to Pine Creek for over 15 years and have always been pleased with your services. The vets and staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Riehl has been taking care of Molly, my recently adopted chug, and is always warm and loving towards her. Molly cooperates and seems to love Dr. Riehl as well.

All of the staff here are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about both their pet patients and their humans. I’ve been coming to this practice since it opened and I’ve always felt confident trusting them to help me make the best decisions for my furry best friends. They take the time to explain options and truly partner with you in your pet’s care. They’ve even helped me when my betta fish needed a little TLC! That level of compassion says everything. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary team I can rely on.

This place is great. The staff is just so friendly and accommodating. We have seen many different doctors there now for our great Pyrenees and I can honestly say that we have had a wonderful experience with all of them. Additionally, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me financially. They are cognizant when it comes to keeping things affordable with their approach. We have used a few other vets before pine creek and have been pretty disappointed. This place has been a breath of fresh air for us and our big guy. Definitely recommend!

The staff here showed incredible compassion and kindness during a really difficult situation. They took the time to explain everything, treated us with respect, and truly cared about doing what was best. I’m so grateful for their help. Highly recommend. Update: I had to bring my cat in same day emergency appointment. Dr Reihl is so knowledgeable and kind. I am extremely thankful to be in such good care. My cat is already looking better after one day of antibiotics in his system.
