Very kind and attentive to yours and your pets needs and feelings. Just had a 19yr old cat pass away and they handled it very kindly and personal. Have only had this vet for a few weeks because we just recently moved, but so far they have been a great choice that we a very happy with.

They helped miss Jazmin with her broken nail, with no appointment scheduled. We are very happy with the results. Great vet! They took care of Poppy today. Got some new meds for her eyes. Amazing vet care.

We recently moved to Pinnacle and we were nervous to begin our search for a new vet for our three babies. We took our youngest today for her last round of puppy shots. Pilot Mountain Animal Hospital went above and beyond our expectations. The doctor and his staff took time to educate us and everyone was more than happy to answer any questions we had. They even gave us a book documenting our puppy's first visit which included a picture from her visit today.
