Piggies Paradise

We adopted 2 bonded female piggies in September of 2025. They were the perfect fit for our family. We have three kiddos and they all absolutely adored them. About a month after getting them, we were giving them a bath we noticed a lump on one of our piggies back legs. I notified Jolene about this and kept her in the loop with everything going on. She asked for pictures and gave great advice. With research, we saw accesses could be common with pigs so we watched it and essentially had our vet take a look. He didn’t believe it was an abscess but a possible lipoma. It bothered her if you pushed on it but it was moves me. I wanted to come on here and write a review for Piggies Paradise Guinea Pig Rescue because I truly believe the work Jolene is doing is amazing and incredibly hard. I have surrendered, adopted, and now fostered through Jolene’s rescue, and every experience has been nothing but positive. She is kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and she does an incredible job advocating for these pigs. I’m so grateful for everything she does for the guinea pig community and for the animals who desperately need someone like her. Highly recommend Piggy’s Paradise to anyone considering adopting or needing support. Why buy from a pet store when you can get a truly tailored experience from Piggies Paradise Rescue!

We adopted a sweet boy that just transitioned from his mom, born at Piggies Paradise. His mom came into the sanctuary pregnant. Our Thunder piggie lost his cagemate Mochi. We were all so sad. We knew Thunder would need a companion. Since Our boy is 4 years old Our best bet was to get a baby. I saw our boy on the Piggies Paradise page and I contacted them. They were quick to respond and available for questions. After a quick free application we were accepted to adopt.. We were thankful they had a transport half way to save us hours on our trip with our child. We are so happy to have our Tater Tot. He is healthy and clean and perfect. Excellent adoption experience. Easy application process and Jolene is extremely knowledgeable. She has so many piggies to choose from; all ages, colors and temperaments. There is NO reason to buy from a pet store. It is absolutely worth the drive to adopt.

This place is absolutely amazing !!! You can tell the piggies there are so well taken care of. There habitats were cleaned, they were well feed and loved. Also the most important is the people running this place knows everything about guinea pigs and are very knowledgeable on them. Which is a must!!! :)) We drove about two hours to get our piggies. They clipped their nails for us before we left and gave us a lot of helpful tips and a list of foods they can consume and cannot consume. They also check in on the piggies every once in awhile by text and are always helpful in answering any questions we have when one arises. Would deff adopt again!!!
