Picture Perfect Pets

I recently relocated to the area and needed to find a new groomer. I was recommended to try this establishment by a well respected boarding facility and they did not disappoint. My little Norman loves everyone and everyone is there for his attention (he thinks). He has a ton of energy and is bouncy...very happy pup. They handled him expertly and safely. He looks so handsome. We found our new groomer!

I am changing my review!!! My mother has never been treated so poorly, nor has our dog ever looked so awful after grooming, the sides of her face were cut crooked! Her ears didn't match, her skirts were too short and uneven and her tail was left undone! Zoe did the worst job I have ever seen.. also the dogs nails were not cut. Overall she was a total mess. My mother called the following Friday and was told Zoe was not there and she would be gone the following week. She called on the following week and spoke to Zoe and was told to bring the dog in on the 28th of August and she would fix her. My mom arrived at the scheduled time and Zoe refused to fix the dog, mom was told that the owner Theasa O'Dell told her to refuse service, Zoe humiliated my mother in front of the other groomers that w

I've been taking my dog here for the last couple years. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming to him. The only time he gets excited to go anywhere is when he knows he's going for a bath. My do has very dry skin and they have help me with trying many different products until we finally found a shampoo that seem to help. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT STAFF!

I have 2 doodles and have been going here for about 4 yrs. Won't go anywhere else. My dogs aren't afraid upon entering the facility which means they are treat very well
