The cats are so cute! The cats are sweet and friendly. The space is kept clean. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are great about informing you about each cat's preferences. The chai latte is delicious. Easy to make reservations.

We loved our visit to Phoenix cat cafe! I highly suggest making a reservation, especially if you go with young children. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. They answered all the many questions from my kids and interacted with us to make the experience more enjoyable. Parking was easy in the lot and validating my ticket was even easier. Cute little coffee shop and yummy drinks. We will be back!

I’ve been to this location many times and I have never seen such happy, calm cats. The drinks are fun, price of entry is reasonable, and there’s cute stuff up front to buy. I believe there is coloring and games you can check out at the front.

A room with lots of cats with lots of love to give! Some are more shy than others, and the staff are very knowledgeable on which cats have which dispositions, likes, dislikes, etc. Seriously - the extent to which they knew these 20+ cats was impressive. They're happy to talk about each cat, and you can bring your drinks from the cafe part in. Great nonprofit place to visit if you're looking to bring a pal home, or even if you just are looking for some feline company to de-stress you. I came with my girlfriend on a date and we really enjoyed ourselves!
