I have been bringing both my cats here for about 2 years now and have been very pleased with their care. You can tell how much every person you interact with cares deeply about you, your pet, and your concerns. They answer every question thoughtfully and explain details thoroughly so that I can fully understand what is happening. They have an online scheduling system that is super convenient and easy to use. I fully trust this office and will continue bringing my handsome gentlemen here for all their health needs!

I took my dog Jynx, a 2-year-old Xolo, to Phoenix Veterinary Center yesterday for an eye issue that had been going on for over a month, and I had such a great experience. Dr. Ray was amazing. My dog is usually very uncomfortable around new people and often needs to be muzzled at other clinics, but here she felt completely at ease. She let Dr. Ray examine her right away with no issues at all, which honestly made my day. She also did great with the technician, Bettina, who was wonderful and gentle with her. I used to work here before, so I already knew how great Dr. Ray and the technicians are—but seeing it from a pet parent’s perspective really meant a lot. Excellent service!! Doctor and staff were great. Answered and explained everything leaving us with no doubt about our puppy’s exam. We felt that Chase was comfortable with the doctor and assistant. We left from the facility very happy owners. Kiddos to you all. 🥰🐶

The entire team is very warm and caring, from the moment that you walk into the office you know that your pet is in good hands because you can tell that from the Dr. to the Front desk they ALL love animals and are anxious to make yours feel better which is why they are very detailed when discussing your pet's condition with you. They took great care of our first dog Coco and they even made everything very comfortable for parents and doggie when she got sicker and finally needed to be put to sleep. Now we have our new little pup Rosie that we have put in the caring hands of Dr. Ray and her awesome Staff! You will get a focused Staff with big smiles at this office • Debbie G.

Everyone at Phoenix Vet Center is so caring and patient with our pups. We have been taking Ryder and Roo there since they were both puppies and have been going consecutively for about 4 years now. They stay on top of vaccine updates, check-in for preventive care as needed and are great at recommending trainers. I was a new dog owner when I came to them and now I feel like I’ve learned so much from the doctors here on what to look out for and how to watch their weight, digestive system, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning and the many other things to keep a watchful eye on. We are moving soon and I truly don’t know that we will find another vet as great as them. Thank you so much!
