Had a good experience spaying my cat here, they took great care of her and shes healing great. they also kept her for about 5 hours after she finished surgery to ensure she came off of her anaesthesia well! The price for spay was also very reasonable and actually lower than i was expecting! They also require a follow up appointment 2 weeks after a spay (free of cost) to make sure everything is healing as it should!

Staff is very personable. Vet took the time to discuss our cat's wellbeing, did everything we asked and gave us options on treatment.

I brought my cat in on 1/22/2026 hoping the veterinarian could help her if anything she got worse with the medication furosemide that she was prescribed by kirstina monroe. my cat of 13 years never had not one seizure until she was put on that medication. I question the doctor that put her on this medication. Also another puzzling issue is i saw on this bottle of Furosimide which was prescribed to my cat Peggy it clearly says for use in dogs only? Why would Pfafftown animal hospital prescribe a medication for a cat that says for use in dogs only? I was told my cat had ascites and from what i read to effectively treat that would be to drain the fluid from her abdomen which was not suggested to me. I do not believe Pfafftown animal hospital should be allowed to give out furosemide when

Friendly staff that took the time to explain the issues that a our newly adopted rescue kitten was plagued with. He is on the road to recovery and thriving with their help.

Best vet I've ever been to. I've been going here for a little over 15 years with multiple dogs. The staff are some of the nicest people and they always show the up most care for my babies. They always keep you up to date with any vaccinations and are fantastic at helping work with you to understand everything that is going on with your pets. I put some pictures of pets they've helped me with. They truly are some amazing doctors and techs. You especially can get some great help from the wonderful woman sitting at the front desk, Jessica. Some of the best services ever offered. Thank you guys.
