Petwise -Organic Grooming and Boarding

Horrific Experience — Negligence and Zero Accountability On June 30, 2025, I brought my three small Yorkies to Petwise for a basic grooming appointment — just haircuts and nail trims. What should have been a routine visit turned into a nightmare. When I returned to pick them up, one of my dogs was handed to me dripping blood. Shocked, I immediately asked what had happened. The groomer tried to deflect responsibility, first blaming the carrier I used to transport her — a ridiculous claim. I pressed further, and he then claimed he didn’t know what had happened, suggesting she had chewed on her toe from nervousness. This was clearly false — her injury was visibly severe and obviously not self-inflicted. Despite this, the groomer charged me $190 and dismissed the injury by casually telling

I’ve been taking my 12 pd toy poodle Kylo for grooming for about 8 months now and I’m very happy with the service. I’ve always received a courtesy call when he’s too matted and there would be a surcharge. He always looks cute and clean with a very spiffy blowout. The place always looks clean. I’m leaving him for weekend boarding soon and will update my review then Edited to add that I boarded Kylo for the weekend in late Sept. He was clean and well cared for. I called a couple of times to check on him and was always updated and treated well

My poor baby came in with knots everywhere after a week of doggy day care and they took the absolute best care of him and made sure no knots were left behind. will definitely keep taking him to get groomed here!

Do not take your dog to this groomer. My sweet, loving, active puppy has not been the same since taking her here a few days ago. She has been miserable, scared, sad. The man that works in the front desk is so rude and disrespectful. If I could give them -5 stars, I would.

I took my dog yesterday to get groomed at pet wise for the first time and I love how he came out and he looks adorable. Prince is happy and so am I 🙂
