The bedside manners here are completely lacking. My Boxer, Bailey has been treated here since we moved to AZ 2 years ago. Last week I called because I feared it was time to help her over the bridge. I explained that this was my first time having to make this decision and just needed to know what to look for. Like a quality of life scale or something of that nature. I get a call back from the vet tech not even one of the vets who let me know they played my tearful voicemail for everyone but couldn’t give medical advice over the phone and offered to let me bring her in for tests. I explained that I wasn’t looking for medical advice yet and was just looking for some kind of rubric on quality of life to know if bringing her in was worth it. They couldn’t help. I brought my cat here because it looked like she was starting to develop an eye infection. The staff was quick, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! We were in and out in under 25 minutes and it was all about $100 for her exam and the antibiotic ointment for us to take home. Very convenient, we will be back :)

We have been customers of the Petwell clinics in the valley for two years. They are always friendly and helpful and very kind. Thank you, Dr. Casey for always being there for us. She is a great Veterinarian.

We had a “walk in” visit with our new kitten, she was sneezing constantly and was congested, the Doc (Casey) gave good advice and an antibiotic prescription. This took care of everything in two days, we are very pleased and grateful for the knowledge and professionalism.

I absolutely love this veterinarian office! One of the biggest things that sets them apart is that they welcome walk-in and no appointment is necessary, which is a lifesaver when something unexpected comes up. The staff is always so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. They really take the time to cater to both your pet’s needs and yours, and you can feel how much they care. Their pricing also feels very fair for everyone involved, which I really appreciate. Honestly, the only “downside” is that I wish they were open every single day... that’s how great they are!
