My Gracie Mae started experiencing problems with mobility and urination, I knew she was experiencing UTI issues once again 😑. Thankfully my sister knew of PetVet365 and took there for me because I had to work. Staff and Facility was outstanding 👏 real sense of caring for your pet needs. Cost wasn't cheap, but wasn't gouging whilst family pet's health was dire. Clean personal private rooms for you and your pet, easing any trauma pet and family may be experiencing during visits to the Vet. Thank you so much 💓 She's doing great and shopping with me once again. See my photos📸👍😃

PetVet365 is a unique veterinary practice that believes in “no fear” for their patients. We went there just as our beloved 17-year-old cat Dolly was nearing the end of her life. Dr. Martha Faus and Vet Tech Sparrow were so kind and compassionate and helped us get through the difficult process of saying goodbye. Now Dr. Faus is treating our other elderly cat Sam. She is experienced and knowledgable, and takes her time to explain everything we need to know. We never feel rushed and Sam actually feels relaxed in the exam room which is more like a mini living room. No cold metal exam tables. Just small couches and chairs with a carpeted floor. The vets and techs actually get on the floor with the animals to examine them. And the entire staff is professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr.

I took my baby boy here when his heart was beating heavily along with heavy rapid breathing. I was six months pregnant and a wreck in fear for furbabys life. I was initially recommended to put him down being that he was 12 years of age. I was a blubbering mess as he is my son. I refused to have him put down asking for time to figure what to do. They prescribed him 3 prescriptions. These prescriptions were $170 monthly. Friendly suggestion from me to you (as I too was suggested):GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE... Chewy is half the price. Prescriptions not included it was over a grand for a simple xray and horrible advice to put my dog down. They could not wait to get me out of the office due to my crying. It was as if they didnt want other patients seeing me so upset and full of tears. The me

I had a very poor experience at pet vet Fox chapel. The vet who had just graduated school gave me a medication that didn’t work, failed to check my newly adopted cats ears, and the techs failed to tell me to keep the meds in the fridge or even to label them. I only learned the meds needed to be kept in the fridge when I went to get a refill necessitating me to start over again. They gave me no advice on how to administer the meds. Everyone was nice there but competence was lacking, on the other hand, the petvet 365 in Pittsburgh was excellent. Thankfully they checked my newly adopted cats ears which were full of gunk and ear mite residue and gave me a medication that was easy to administer and cleared my cats respiratory issues up completely. It was a completely different experience. I was
