My 12 y/o chihuahua was in severe distress. I contacted his original vet who informed me on 3 separate occasions that they could not take him in they were to busy. I explained they were his vet and had done all testing on him and they were familiar with his issues. They would not accommodate me, not even just to check him out. I contacted PetVet365 and they said bring him in and they would take care of him. Unfortunately by the time they saw him he was in complete congestive heart failure which was not diagnosed by his original vet. I had asked his original vet when they did xrays if there was an issue with his heart and they said no. Well now my little King has crossed the rainbow well before his time.

It was our first visit to PetVet and my feelings are as follows. The young lady , Sophie, is very good at what she does first and foremost . She sat on the floor which I found relaxing and an excellent approach to our scared cat Nyla . It shows this business is a little more in touch with reality, then the Doc came in and spoke in a tone that was essentially heart warming, it gave us positive feelings that our Queen could recover with their expertise. I heard the total for the appointment, again , i felt like, WOW ! immediately. This operation cares , they were very affordable , we love ❤️ our animals beyond words , and PetVet honestly was a breath of fresh air.. 5 stars for sure , I'd give another but you get the point....thanks again...my apologies , the doctor was Doctor Kelly 😻

I've been taking our dogs to vets for 30 years. Scheduled appointments and emergent visits brought us to the same dreary cold waiting room. This place is not like that. As soon as you go in you get your own room with a couch, a rug, and ours had a TV on with a bunch of birds chirping away. Our dog was almost immediately relaxed. We really never had to leave that room they even took our payment and just brought us back the receipt. When we were ready we just walked out. The staff, nurse, and doctor were very friendly and explained everything in detail about what was going on with our doggy. Highly recommend, this is a different type of vet for sure. Took my 13 year old cat in for an emergency. The staff there was so so sweet and treated my cat like their own. Gave me recommendations for supplements and let me know everything that was going on in a professional manner. Step by step they confirm pricing as well which i love so much. Bonus we were in and out in under 1 hr. Kudos to the staff here yall are phenomenal and i cant thank you guys enough.

Was there with my girlfriend, we recently moved into the area. Her cat has a bunch of health problems and is terrified of everything so we thought we’d try here. Prices are pretty typical for vet care these days…. worth it for the care she got. I’ve always had pets and have taken them to a couple vets over the years…. Was a little skeptical at first because I had some less than great experiences at the vet …. We were both really impressed overall. We got our own room and the vet and tech were great. She usually just hisses and hides with new people but actually let them pet her and ate treats from their hands…. My girlfriend said it was the best she’d ever been for the vet. I know a little from owning pets with health issues and do my own research. They were very knowledgable and listened
