Best experience ive ever had with a vet!! My dog Jax is a Rottweiler/shepherd mix, he just turned 6 years old very big boy. Weighs 158lbs so it's very hard to get a vet to be comfortable with him. His vet he was going to made us sedate him and wouldn't see him without a muzzle. Petvet360 in north wilmington seen him with no problem. No sedatives , no muzzle.. came in sat down and let the dog come to them. He was really anxious but what dog is not going somewhere there not sure of. Before we knew it jax was going to them and letting them pet him. They had treats in the room and toys for your pets. Let me preface this review with saying that I have two dogs- completely on different ends of the spectrum one is so high energy he can be a lot sometimes, and the other one is so timid he shakes when strangers come near. I just finished my first visit at PetVet365 & while sitting in there waiting for the vet to come & give my boys their shots, I was actually in awe at how amazing this place was! Not only were they so accommodating and it really felt like home away from home, they did the most in detail exam my boys have ever had & they’re almost 3 and 4 now. To anyone reading this wondering if they should try it: do it! My big baby is terrified of men and somehow these two amazing gentlemen made my boy feel comfortable in a new place, and with new people. I look forward to coming back! I e

Genuinely the nicest people. The prices were extremely reasonable, and there was zero pressure for any additional services. They were really good with my skittish cat. They have a separate cat room so my cat wasn’t scared of the dogs or other pets. I’m really glad I found them. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this veterinarian’s office! The vet was extremely patient and gentle with my dog, who can be pretty nervous during visits. I really appreciated how each exam room is sectioned off so every dog has their own private space—it made the experience much calmer. The waiting rooms are designed like cozy living rooms, complete with a couch, toys, and treats for the dogs, which helped my pup relax right away. I also loved that my dog was allowed to take a little tour around the office to explore. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make us both comfortable. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office to any pet owner!

After searching since we adopted Toby, I can confidently say we’ve found “our vet.” The office is close to home and designed to feel calm and welcoming. No stressful waiting room, just a private, cozy space with dog beds, treats, and all the thoughtful touches. Toby settled right in and got love from everyone who walked through the door.
