PetVet365 was recommended to me by an emergency vet clinic after my senior cat’s health began to fail. I had previously taken my senior dog and cat to Banfield and kept dealing with issues with their online appointment booking system offering days that weren’t actually available only for me to show up multiple times to be turned away. The final straw was when a receptionist got an attitude with me, claiming she had called me and left a voice mail letting me know the appointment I booked online wasn’t available. Again, this experience was with Banfield, let me be crystal clear with that. So when it was time to make the decision to let my beloved pets cross the rainbow bridge I had to choose a different vet practice. I cannot say enough good things about PetVet365. My elderly dog fell very ill and my regular vet was out on sick leave. I was recommended this place and sure enough, they got me in. The compassion they showed to both Paco and myself was beyond anything I ever experienced when having to put a beloved pet to sleep. I know I asked so many questions and some of them even more than once and they did not get exasperated at all and believe me if they did which they didn't, I would have deserved it 100% They truly care about animals and it shows. They allowed me to spend time with my Paco after he passed and I know it was past their closing time but they told me to take my time. Took my beloved dog... 16 years old.. what's going to take him to Noah's ark but it was too long of a wait. So decided to come here! Big mistake! I arrived and his blood worked looked okay..... A little anemia he needed immediate Care.... They refused to help and basically told me that it would be best to put him down... With a shot of medication he would have been fine. I beg for them to give them the medication four parasites they would not do it and... Proceeded to tell me the best thing for him would to be put him down.... I shouldn't have listened I have pstd from it every single day I beat myself up for not leaving with him and going to Grady's. They just didn't feel like dealing with my dog

I truly cannot give PetVet and the entire staff enough stars. Being at the vet is scary for us and our babies and every single person there is so kind and caring, their love for animals and their work just radiates. I’ve never felt more confident in my vet and their team. Emma and Dr. Nick always go above and beyond in making the entire experience feel safe, comforting and helpful.

Best vet experience i have ever had. They were so kind and gentle they have the best treats and so patient with my pitbull not like any other vet I have ever been to. I'm always nervous to take her someplace new but man this place was like a breath of fresh air so glad I gave them a chance. If ur have a dog I would only take them here. And very affordable and even have payment plans. Very clean and they make it feel as close to home as they can. We have a new vet for life thank yall for all ur kindness and quick appointment.
