PetVet Vaccination Clinic

The vet and techs were very patient and gentle with my Jack Russell who has trust issues from previous bad experiences with vets. She has to have a muzzle and the tech applied it carefully and gently without traumatizing her.

My dog needed her nails trimmed. The PetVet staff was very professionanl and friendly. The only challenge I see is the cost of trimming nails. Pet's Mart charges $6. You charged $30. I can understand paying a little more but 5 times the amount is too much.

Not a great experience! Arrived prior to 2:30pm as indicated by email and no people or staff showed up until 4:20pm to start the vaccinations. I was then charged twice for the vaccination. I’ve tried to contact the customer service number 2 different times to correct the over charge but I was on hold for 30 minutes both times and never got to speak to anyone. Poor experience that I would never recommend to anyone!

The staff were all nice and very kind to my dogs. My questions were answered and overall it was a good experience.

Not the best! Arrived at 2 since it started at 2:30. Then waited till after 4 when they arrived late. Late on my 1st visit also in March. The vet and staff were all very nice so no complaints on that.
