The veterinarian was awesome, and the rest of the staff were pleasant. My visit was fast and efficient. My only issue was with the prescription process. I asked for a prescription for flea, tick, and worm prevention. I have a specific brand that I purchase. I was told, “Oh, okay, you’ll receive an email.” I continued to ask, “How can I receive an email for a prescription that you haven’t written/prescribed?” You don’t know what I need specially, and I’m not filling it through your online pharmacy because I can find it cheaper elsewhere. I tried to explain multiple times. Then the young lady gave me a pamphlet on how to FILL a prescription. I said to her once again that I need a prescription in order to FILL one, so after being totally frustrated, I called customer service, who explained th

The location was kept clean and well organized. The Vet and technicians were very polite and welcoming. They were patient with my little girl, who normally is a nervous wreck at vet visits, this was not the case with this visit. I was pleased to see that the pre- registration process was taken seriously and was well managed. This was helpful when fur parents arrived and signed in before those who had been there waiting patiently but unaware of the standard process. None to the fault of the Pet Vet personnel. I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of Pet Vet services.

I have been using PetVet for years. The staff are always so nice to my pets.

Having to scan the code was a problem. The WIFI doesn't work very well in Tractor Supply. Finally got the code scanned filled out the questions and still had to wait to "check in". I couldn't get an an itemized print out of what was charged.
