Tolerable experience overall. Only things I didn't like is the check in lady let another family go ahead of me while I was waiting at the "start here" sign like instructed to. I wasn't in a hurry or anything but just the inconsideration wasn't pleasant. Also, I realized I was only given a 1 year rabies vaccine vs the 3 year which is the same price? I do love that my NexGuard script was ready to be filled via email! The wait was over a hour (apparently, it doesn't matter if you pre-register a week before or sign up last minute) but once we got in, the visit was very quick and friendly.
The vets were great, but they were making us leave and come back 20 - 30 minutes to then wait in the line 30- 40 minutes. There didn't seem to be a reason either, I had pre-registered the night before and two other people had done it a week in advance and were still told there were "people ahead of her", usually you just arrive and it's a first come first serve since there is not any time slots .... it just says arrive 4p - 530p. It was very frustrating. Again, prices and vet service are great!
Great staff. Easy and fair priced. Perfect for 1st shots and microchip for your puppy.
Worked great with my kitten and were great with my grandma who took my kitten! Highly recommend!!
The wait was a bit long but the care my pup got was excellent. Very happy with the staff and their service.
