Saw a total circus at PetVet around 4:30pm on Jan 17th. These three blowhard assistants were honestly as mean as they were clueless. They spent the whole time snapping at the owner to 'calm down' while being completely rude and ignoring every single thing she said about her own dog—even though she was the only calm person in the room. Then, the 'experts' decided the best way to give a German Shepherd a shot was to actually hug him. You should have seen them lose their nerve and bolt for the exit the second the dog stood his ground. They are lucky not to be bitten. It’s wild to see that much attitude and ego from people who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.
VERY friendly and caring staff. Convenient times and locations. Easier on my budget for routine shots and tests that cost a fortune at a veterinary office.
