The way they did check in this time was ridiculous. We were there 20 mins eirly, we were told to scan the code and wait out in the heat with 3 dogs which we did. Until 230 when we decided to take them inside out of heat. We had to go in line cuz no cell service in tractor supply to get a text. We saw numerous ppl come in way after us and leave way before us. When we told lady we didn't get a text we had to come in out of heat, she says oh u will wheb I check u in. So thay makes it sound like there's now actual system with scanning the code outside. And it was a waste of time. Any other time it was 1st come 1st serve. We got there eirly in and out. Way it should be. This was the most stupid way of doing it anx keeping pets out in heat. And making ppl wait hrs who was there 1s
