It was a pretty good visit, the wait wasn't long and it went pretty fast. I made the appointment the night before so I definitely am not complaining. And also it was under 100$ so no complaints there either.
Staff was wonderful with my 10 year old Great Dane! Helped her to stay calm for nail trim and rabies shot.
Long wait (scheduled appointment well in advance), lack of communication, too quick to judge pets, no privacy.
Excellence customer service. Staff was knowledgeable and professional.
