Liked the idea of the new check-in process but it was confusing at the actual location. Also, we were not enamored of the vet's non-empathetic treatment of the pets.
Slow, I swear they took 5 min in between each pet to get ready for the next one. It’s not like it was a surprise clinic! no place to sit. Had an awful time
