I was not pleased with the intake process at all. I did as instructed followed the links. I arrived at 4:50 pm. I waited until 6:25 when I finally got my message to come check-in after seeing people come and go with their pets. I went in to ask and was told to wait for my message to come in. I received my messaged almost 2 hours later. A couple walked in just before me without having had their confirmation and were taken care of before me... I realized that this had been happening all night. If the the rules aren't followed by pet med staff, I don't see any reason to wait for confirmation as I did that night. You have a system in place for a reason. Customers should be made to follow the rules so that the few of us who do aren't neglected in the meantime. The intake process needs some refi

I preregistered for my appointment the day before the clinic. I received instructions in a message the day of the appointment and they were easy to follow. Once I received the message stating they were ready for me and my pet, the process was quick and organized. Since I have just acquired this cat, the fact that TSC has these clinics is very helpful. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable in handling the animals. They gave me care instructions verbally and in writing. I would recommend using this service.

Did pre register. Had to wait over an hour in our vehicle. then waited 30 mins in the store. Only got microchip done.

i was having trouble checking in when 1 of the assistants helped me use the pet portal she was so nice.

They took great care of my dog! I would recommend going to pet vet clinic at tractor supply to anyone!
