The service was very good and the workers were very courteous. Unfortunately the extreme wait negated all the positives. I was on site or in line for 3 hrs waiting to get a rabies vaccination for our cat. People were coming and some were going and everyone was irritated. Your waiting/notification system needs some work and you should let the customers know up front the wait times will be lengthy. You should also cut off the registrations when you max out the time allowed for the Vet Clinic to be open.
Outstanding experience. Did the pre-registration online and was First in line. Excellent service, caring vet and techs. Saved a significant amount of money, too! My usual vet quoted me "about $330", Actually cost me $118 with the discount coupon.
If you need to get shots for your pets, take them up there. Much cheaper and you're in and out
Great experience.
