I'm really bothered by the lack of listening skills that these vets have. I brought two kittens from the same litter in for their initial work up and first round of vaccines. They listed the two kittens as different ages and neglected to include information that I gave the vet in their documentation, including that they were both experiencing diarrhea from intestinal parasites. I appreciated how quick they were, but they were so quick that they didn't document the information properly and it was clear to me that they're only priority was to be fast. I was also told by the vet that the flea/tick treatment that they wanted me to buy from them would also treat ear mites, which it very clearly states on the box that it does not, so I feel deceived about that, as well. Always fast and efficient! I did witness another customer who was older struggle with registering online, Mycah one of the workers was irritated that she had to help him. Maybe offer another way to register for the older generation.
