They were very kind and helpful. The wait was a bit long, but well worth it. My one major concern is whether my payment to you cleared, since there was a mix up with my credit card. I went directly home and called their company. I have been trying to contact your Customer Service to speak to someone about this matter. I still haven't been able to get through.
