We love the service you provide. The staff is friendly and competent. We’ve been longtime customers. However, the new system for registering and texting who is 1st in line does not work. It resulted in animals being carried throughout the store while people shopped or sitting around with no idea when they might be called. Please return to the simple process of 1st come, 1st serve or let people make actual appointments.
