Great experience. Very little wait with the online pre-registration. Vet was wonderful with our pets as well as the tech who assisted her. We will look forward to seeing them next year.
The vaccine service was good with the vet and tech assistants. The fact you had to pre-register helped you get a discount but, that was very confusing to the people who brought their dogs and did not pre-register.
I wish they run with appointments. First time here and it was a hot mess. The workers were really nice and helpful but instead of waisting 3 hrs on waiting I believe a scheduled appointment would work best.
Very professional. Service was excellent. The techs were very friendly. I will continue to use your service.
