I really appreciate that this vet clinic is available every Saturday. My only critique is that even though I pre-registered (which is supposed to help avoid waiting in line), I still ended up waiting an hour in line with two cats. The staff was kind and helpful once it was our turn. Overall, I’m grateful for the service and convenience, just wish the check-in process were a little smoother.
Normally I love this service, however my recent visit has made me unhappy. I needed to get my new dog vaccinated. They asked me no information about her, and put very inaccurate information on the rabies certificate, so now it looks like i don't have a certificate for this dog, but a different one. The only way to change the info is to email them or go back to the clinic. They also took a picture of the top of her head only, which does NOT show what she looks like. The only way to change that is in the clinic. I needed this info THIS week, that's why I chose the clinic. Please take the few seconds to get a real photo, and actually ask folks about their animals.
Quick in and out but also very thorough and discussed all of my concerns. Will go again.
