Intake process was confusing and not coordinated well. Being disabled, there was nowhere to sit. I’m unable to stand or walk very long and need oxygen, so I wasn’t impressed with the handling of the intake and the wait. Once I got to the veterinarian I didn’t know the fees beforehand. I will have to think about using the program again.
Amazing!! In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Staff very friendly.
