Friendly professional staff. But we have a orange and white brittany and is microchip. Her rabies paper says she is brown and not chipped. Hopefully the paper mistakes won't make problem if needed
It was good. I was Leary of the weight of my dog since the scale wasn’t working well and they were distracted with that and I forgot to use my 20% of coupon and I’m very upset about that.
As always this was professional and friendly. I had a puppy with me as My Beautiful Reba Crossed the Rainbow Bridge February 5, 2025.
We brought our adopted dog last year and the vet/techs were amazing! No issues, no need to headlock my dog. THIS time=horrible. Vet did not have any bedside manner and was nasty with her comments. Headlocked the dog then wondered why she screeched. THEN continued to make nasty comments like "GOOD" when they couldn't get a vein and I told them to let the dog be done because she was so stressed. Tried calling the 800 number multiple times to sit on hold for 30+ mins. After 30+ minutes, they give you the option for a call back.... 2 hours later.
Great crew. Took wonderful care of my matilda
